I recall when I posted my 100th piece of work on this platform. I was so proud of myself. Although I am continuing to write several books of fiction and romance, I have posted articles, stories, and poems somewhat regularly until November 2022. Brain fog settled in obscuring any lively images I could share with my readers, as winter drew nigh and I had no enlightenment to write. I returned to baking, sewing, and canning.

Spring has returned! Butterflies float by silently on colorful wings of orange-gold and sparkling black designs. Songbirds, perched in leafless trees chirp delightful musical songs of yesteryears long past. The sweet smell of the southern winds comforts and lingers under a warm fading sun. I welcome the coming of the warm months. It is within these times that words form clearly and vibrantly for this writer.

I am sharing the stories, poems, and articles I have written in the Balanced Growth publication and hope more of you will join us to read and submit your creative and informative work there.

I have a few takeaway nuggets for you …

  • Write whatever feels good, then share it.
  • You may not post every time you create, it is okay to read and enjoy your own work without sharing.
